The T-72 is a Soviet second-generation main battle tank that entered production in 1970. It was developed directly from Obyekt-172, and shares parallel features with the T-62A. The T-72 was one of the most widely produced post-World War II tanks, second only to the T-5455 family, and the basic design has also been further developed as the T-90. This kit contains more than 1300 parts molded in grey and clear plastic, and contains brown plastic track parts. Decals and photo-etched parts are also included. Completed model measures 289mm long and 108mm wide.
